Registered Nurse - Union Emergency Department - Midnights

The emergency departments at ChristianaCare’s   Christiana Hospital ,   Wilmington Hospital ,   Union Hospital , and the free-standing   emergency department in Middletown , Delaware treat a combined total of more than 225,000 patients each year, making our doctors, nurses and support staff among the most experienced emergency medical professionals in the region. The Union Hospital Emergency Department is seeking nurses who thrive in a fast paced environment with a thirst for knowledge to work in a community based Emergency Department. The successful candidate must be comfortable caring for all ages and populations. We seek a flexible nurse with a team oriented approach to patient care. Our nurses work closely with providers to provide excellent quality of care and patient safety.

Requirement:

• Current RN license in the state of Maryland or compact state.

• Associates Nursing Degree, BSN preferred.

• Two years experience required. Acute Care preferred.

• BLS certification required.

• ACLS and PALS preferred – must get within 1 year of service.

• CEN preferred.

Hours: This position is Evening/Midnights 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. This is a full time flex

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
