The role involves assisting with various settlement elements such as Social Security Applications, Area Tours, Property Viewings, and School Visits. Candidates should have a professional image, strong communication, and customer service skills. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with a flexible, as-needed schedule. Coppergate Global, a division of National Corporate Housing, is a global leader in temporary housing program management for business travel and relocations. As an expanding Destination Services Provider, Coppergate Global is growing its team. Responsibilities Support relocating employees and their families Provide expert knowledge of the city, rental market, schools, and Social Security process Ensure a smooth transition for families into new communities Build rapport, communicate effectively, research, and deliver customized information promptly Maintain positive relationships with landlords, property managers, and apartment communities Represent the company professionally at all times Perform other duties as necessary Requirements Minimum two years of community residence Real Estate License preferred Comfortable with diverse cultures Access to a reliable, clean vehicle Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Availability Monday – Saturday, 8AM – 5PM (flexible) Ideal for part-time candidates or those with personal commitments Multilingual skills are a plus Benefits Competitive compensation starting at $150 for half-day services Flexible work schedule Coppergate Global is an equal opportunity employer.
