Overview RN Clinical Consultant ADA Medical Accommodation Review - $85/hr (Remote) Immediate remote contract opportunity. This is a 100% remote/work from home position. Pay Rate: $85.00/hr. Work Details Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week Work from home / remote position Contract Details Start Date: ASAP End Date: 12/31/2025 (possible extension) Job Responsibilities Conduct clinical reviews of medical accommodation requests submitted under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Evaluate requests in accordance with federal and state disability laws, internal policies, and best practices. Serve as a liaison between employees, healthcare providers, HR Compliance, and line-of-business managers to facilitate the interactive process and determine reasonable accommodations. Qualifications RN, NP, or other licensed clinical credentials. 3+ years of experience in occupational health, disability management, or ADA compliance. Strong understanding of ADA, FMLA, and related employment laws. Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
