Oliva Torras USA, Inc. is an industry leader for the aftermarket mount and drive kits for Refrigeration, Bus and Emergency Vehicle Industry. We pride ourselves in manufacturing exceptional products for our customers.

Position Summary

1. Develop and execute a Sales Strategy to promote the Mount and Drive Kits business in North America and Canada.

2. Actively lead the synergies between OT USA commercial team and the OT Mount and Drive Kits division in Spain.

3. Monitor the Market needs and trends.

4. Identify new Business opportunities.

5. Manage the Sales and Customer Service team.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Set up and develop a Sales Strategy and identify new business opportunities.

2. Understand the market trends and the impact of specific economic events.

3. Manage Sales strategies, customer relations and key negotiations to optimize product mix, profitability and increase market share.

4. Develop short and long range sales forecasts, establish effective measures for sales force and monitor progresses.

5. Market Understanding: Assess opportunities through market research, by understanding market sizes, segmentations and trends.

6. Customer Needs Understanding: Analyze customer’s product requirements and feedback. Ensure that current and new products continuously meet and exceed these customer requirements and identify new products required.

7. New Product Developments: Define priorities according to market demand and effectively collaborate with the Engineering and Manufacturing teams.

8. Customer Service: Lead and manage the team to ensure quick and outstanding service to guarantee our customers’ satisfaction.

9. Coordinate the training and development of OT USA Sales force.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent knowledge.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Allowed to work in the United States.
  • Automotive OEM experience is a plus.
  • Spanish and/or French is a plus.
