Sales Representative - Newfoundland & Labrador

Toolway Industries Ltd . is a leading Canadian Owned and Operated Distributor of Lawn & Garden Accessories, Plumbing Accessories, Paint supplies, flooring installation accessories, hand tools, power tools along with a varied assortment of other materials. We are driven to be the best supply partner in the industry providing quality products and unsurpassed service to our dealer and industrial partners.

Sales Representative reports to: Sales Manager

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Calling on existing customers within a determined sales territory
  • Working with Wholesaler, Hardware, Retailers, and Lawn and Garden Centres to build lasting relationships.
  • Prospecting new customers
  • Prepare monthly sales call report and submit at the beginning of each month.
  • Attend monthly sales meeting via video conference call or in person
  • Present to each account monthly sales specials and new items.
  • Work with management to develop sales/marketing strategies to create new opportunities and penetrate new markets.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPI’s &, Sales targets, and annual revenue targets
  • Participate in Trade shows (virtual or live) as deemed necessary.
  • Support dealer events, contractor days, barbeques. Sales events etc.
  • Schedule and provide ongoing Product Knowledge Training to Toolway customers and their staff.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Coverage area for Newfoundland & Labrador areas
