Overview

Established and growing Multi-Billion dollar AUM Independent Investment Advisory firm serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele seeks a Salesforce Administrator to oversee and optimize the firm’s CRM platform and assist with internal IT systems.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment and is excited to take ownership of Salesforce system improvements and user training. The role may also involve additional tech support responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years experience with Salesforce administration, ideally within a financial or professional services firm
• Experience managing workflows, user permissions, reports, and system maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot internal technology and liaise with external IT vendors
• Strong communication skills and comfort training non-technical users
