Our Salesforce Administrator demonstrates a clear understanding of the Salesforce platform’s native capabilities. Ability to understand our current setup and utilize your knowledge of the platform to implement solutions that meet our business objectives.
General Skills:
• Business Analysis
• Troubleshooting
• Timely Communication and Documentation
• Security Administration – Profiles, Permission Set, and Role Based Hierarchy Configurations
• Process Automation – Flows, Process Builder, Assignment Rules
• Configuration (including but not limited to) Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Dynamic Layouts, Apps, Actions, Custom Settings, Dashboards and Reports
• Omni Channel Management – Queue Configurations, Status Setups, Skill Based Configurations
• Understanding of email to case and web to lead functionality
• Release Management utilizing Copado
• System Maintenance, Release Updates and Optimizer
Education Requirements:
• 100 Trailhead Badges
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
