Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position is for a Physical Therapist to provide services within a K-12 school setting located in Sahuarita, AZ. The role offers a flexible schedule, with work expected 2 days per week as part of a contract for the current school year (CSY). The caseload will focus on either the middle or high school population and will be discussed in detail during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students in a school environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records.
• Adapt therapy plans to meet the individual needs of students.

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Physical Therapy licensure.
• Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience working with school-age children is preferred.
• Ability to develop flexible schedules and manage caseload effectively.

Location:

• Position based in Sahuarita, AZ, serving a K-12 public school.
