About the Role

As an SEO Specialist , you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that increase our website’s visibility, attract high-intent real estate buyers and sellers, and drive lead generation. You will collaborate with our marketing team to optimize website content, implement technical SEO improvements, and analyze data to continuously refine our strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles for relevant real estate-related search terms.
• Perform on-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, headings, URL structures, and internal linking.
• Execute technical SEO improvements, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile-friendliness.
• Develop and implement a link-building strategy to increase domain authority and organic visibility.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Stay updated on SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and real estate industry trends to ensure ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to execute SEO initiatives.
• Optimize local SEO efforts to enhance visibility in Google My Business, local directories, and map listings for targeted real estate markets.
• Generate and present SEO performance reports , providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in the real estate, property management, or related industry .
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz , or similar SEO tools.
• Familiarity with real estate platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, MLS) and how they impact SEO.
• Knowledge of local SEO and experience optimizing for Google My Business .
• Understanding of content marketing strategies and how they align with SEO.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights .
• Experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS , and basic web development principles (preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
