Compensation: $28 / hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm (40 hours week/ full time)

About the job:

  • Do you have previous military, law enforcement, or Security guard experience? Are able to lead and assign day-to-day responsibilities to the team?
  • You are an amazing multi-tasker. With experience in duties such as scheduling, performance reports, continuing in-service training, crew and program evaluation, and disciplinary action.
  • You are comfortable with providing unarmed visual security services to ensure a safe environment.
  • You understand the importance of maintaining a daily log and filing incident reports..
  • You will abide by Washington State law and Department of Public Safety Standards and Training certification standards.
You will commit to further training, specifically in de-escalation techniques, mental health crisis response, trauma-informed care interventions, and social service safety net referrals if requested.

Your background:
  • Previous Supervisor or Management experience is a must!
  • You have previous Security experience.
  • You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
  • If you have Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – even better!
  • Must have valid driver's license.
  • Must have clean Motor Vehicle Report
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
