Brex is looking for a Senior brand designer to join the Design team, where you will collaborate with creative directors, designers, marketers, and producers to deliver worldclass moments in addition to directing external partners and agencies through concepting, design, and production.
Your role will be leading design for Brex events and experiences, from turnkey booths and activations to digital campaigns, swag items and other supporting deliverables. You will translate brand strategy into immersive experiences across mediums (environmental, digital and print) that drive business impact, as well as balance bigpicture storytelling with meticulous craft, ensuring every detail delivers on Brexs brand standards.
This role will be based in our San Francisco office. You must be willing to work in office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year.
The expected salary range for this role is $147,888 - $184,860. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidates location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
