Overview

Senior Brand Designer role at AI Fund. Baseten provides the infrastructure, tooling, and expertise needed to bring great AI products to market fast.

The Role

As a Senior Brand Designer at Baseten, youll help shape and evolve our brand identity across everything we createmarketing assets, landing pages, event materials, out-of-home campaigns, and more. Youll work closely with marketing and sales to deliver impactful creative and with design to build a consistent, high-quality brand that connects across all channels. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can drive multiple projects at once, care deeply about craft, and want to design a brand in one of the fastest-growing fields of our era, wed love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• A strong portfolio showcasing sharp visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Experience leading design across a range of assets: landing pages, decks, events, campaigns, etc.
• Ability to lead multiple projects while maintaining a high bar for craft and quality.
• A collaborative mindset youll work closely with the design team and stakeholders and own projects end to end (we dont have PMs).
• Bonus: Motion design and video editing chops.
• Big bonus: Experience designing for a developer/technical audience.

Requirements

• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to lead design and drive alignment across all out-of-home campaigns, events, collateral, and more.
• Evolve our brand design system refining, redesigning, and building where needed.
• Keep Baseten's visual identity sharp and consistent across all products and marketing materials.
• Help shape our design culture and processes, setting a high bar for craft and quality. As an early team member, youll play a key role in defining how design works at Baseten.
