They are looking to add a Senior Business Recruiter to hire exceptional Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Legal professionals. The role involves partnering with leadership and executives across Mercurys GRC teams, running full-cycle recruiting efforts for foundational business areas. Responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of Mercurys values and business model, working closely with hiring managers to design interview panels, sourcing strong candidates, shaping recruiting success, staying informed on fintech and banking trends, advocating for diverse and inclusive teams, identifying and engaging top talent, leading recruiting efforts as the business expands, and working with data to improve recruiting processes. Candidates should have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, deep experience recruiting for Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Legal teams, strong stakeholder partnership skills, sourcing and networking abilities, a commitment to diversity and inclusion, problem-solving skills, strong communication, a sense of urgency and ownership, and experience with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
