Job Description

Overview Senior Content Designer on the Dash team. Work on the UX for AI-powered products, crafting content strategies and UX writing to make complex AI feel simple, helpful, and trustworthy. Focus on high-impact growth areas, including onboarding and activation, with the goal of making work more intuitive and human for hundreds of millions of users worldwide. You will partner with product designers, engineers, product managers, and researchers to bring a user-focused point of view to every project. The position is a Contract role located in San Francisco, California with compensation in the range of $55 - $70 per hour . Responsibilities Drive content strategy and UX writing across key growth experiences. Translate complex concepts into friendly, easy-to-understand experiences. Craft content informed by user feedback, metrics, technical constraints, and accessibility best practices. Partner closely with product designers, engineers, product managers, and researchers to ensure content meets business goals and user needs. Contribute to workshops and critiques to elevate the quality of our work. Qualifications 7+ years of professional writing experience, with at least 5 years focused on in-product content. A knack for crafting end-to-end experiences and translating technical talk into "+people speak". Proven ability to prioritize across multiple projects and stakeholders. Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers. A portfolio of content design that demonstrates your skills and experience. Experience working on zero-to-one (0→1) products or on productivity tools/AI-powered products is a plus. Skills Professional writing experience, with at least 5 years focused on in-product content.
