Senior Designer – Alicia Torosian Design

Alicia Torosian Design is a full-service interior design studio dedicated to creating timeless, elevated, and highly personalized spaces. We are looking for an experienced  Senior Designer to join our team and play a key role in leading high end residential projects from concept to completion.

Role Overview

The Senior Designer will collaborate directly with Alicia and our team to develop design concepts, oversee project execution, and manage client relationships. This role requires a strong design perspective, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance creative vision with practical execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple design projects from concept through installation
• Develop design concepts, presentations, and material palettes
• Create detailed drawings, specifications, and FF&E selections
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination
• Oversee procurement, ordering, and installation processes
• Guide and mentor junior designers and administrative support
• Maintain strong client communication and ensure design excellence at every stage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
• 5+ years of professional interior design experience, preferably in high-end residential design
• Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, Asana, etc.)
• Expertise in FF&E sourcing, construction documents, and project management
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage clients, vendors, and design teams
• A strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill
