BuildBear Labs is Hiring: Senior Full-Stack Developer (Part-Time/Full-Time | Remote)

BuildBear Labs is looking for experienced Senior Full-Stack Developers to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in architecting and building the core systems that power our Web3 infrastructure, applications, and dApps. This is a unique opportunity to shape mission-critical codebases and lead technical innovation at the forefront of decentralized technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

Designing, developing, and deploying scalable full-stack solutions across Web3 platforms
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, design, and DevOps
Writing clean, testable, and well-documented code
Contributing to technical decision-making and mentoring junior engineers
Leveraging AI tools and low-code/no-code systems for task automation and process efficiency

Required Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer
Proficient in React.js , Node.js , JavaScript/TypeScript , HTML/CSS
Solid experience working with REST APIs , Google APIs , and JSON
Hands-on experience with SQL databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
Interest or experience in Web3 , blockchain , or decentralized technologies

Nice-to-Haves

Experience writing Smart Contracts in Solidity or Rust
Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools and automation frameworks
Experience with AI integrations or building LLM-based tools
Contributions to open-source or Web3 projects
