BuildBear Labs is Hiring: Senior Full-Stack Developer (Part-Time/Full-Time | Remote)

BuildBear Labs is looking for experienced Senior Full-Stack Developers to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in architecting and building the core systems that power our Web3 infrastructure, applications, and dApps. This is a unique opportunity to shape mission-critical codebases and lead technical innovation at the forefront of decentralized technology.

• Designing, developing, and deploying scalable full-stack solutions across Web3 platforms
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, design, and DevOps
• Writing clean, testable, and well-documented code
• Contributing to technical decision-making and mentoring junior engineers
• Leveraging AI tools and low-code/no-code systems for task automation and process efficiency

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Proficient in React.js , Node.js , JavaScript/TypeScript , HTML/CSS
• Solid experience working with REST APIs , Google APIs , and JSON
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Interest or experience in Web3 , blockchain , or decentralized technologies
  

• Experience writing Smart Contracts in Solidity or Rust
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools and automation frameworks
• Experience with AI integrations or building LLM-based tools
• Contributions to open-source or Web3 projects
