Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of MSHA, OSHA, and environmental compliance requirements.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers in a dynamic, field-based environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities, capable of integrating geologic, engineering, and operational data into actionable strategies.
Professional Credentials: Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado preferred, but not required.
