Insight Global is hiring a Senior Physical Security Systems Manager in Wilmington MA. As a Senior Physical Security Systems Manager, you will oversee the installation of security devices and systems, manage multiple projects, and work with various teams. Your responsibilities include developing project scopes, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring compliance with Global Security standards.


You should have at least 6 years experience in managing the operation and installation of physical security systems and software and be comfortable with the following:
Maintain the CCure 9000 Access Control Enterprise, ensuring systems remain operational.
Perform high-level administrative tasks, including configuring personnel and managing events.
Monitor and troubleshoot Network Video Recorders and related hardware, software, and network issues.
Lead and manage security system projects, ensuring compliance with Global Security standards.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, oversee service agreements, and perform system commissioning and testing.
Have knowledge of VMS applications like Genetec, Exacqvision, and Victor, and experience in writing technical documents and project scopes.

Compensation for this role is from $85,000 to 100,000 per year annually. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
