Job Description

Mc3 Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team, supporting a leading consulting organization known for solving complex business challenges. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects and partner with hiring leaders to deliver exceptional talent solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional services roles, from intake to offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source, engage, and qualify candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and progress updates in the ATS.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to improve talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in professional services or consulting environments.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (JazzHR experience is a plus).
