Senior Salesforce Administrator – Creative Salesforce Expert Wanted!

What You'll Do:

• Actively engage with end-users to identify process improvements, creating innovative Salesforce customizations and automations to enhance their workflow.
• Lead the development of sophisticated Salesforce solutions, with particular expertise in advanced Flows, Dynamic Lightning Layouts, custom objects, and powerful automations.
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Manage end-to-end Salesforce enhancements from concept to deployment, ensuring smooth transitions using tools such as Gearset.
• Develop insightful reports and dashboards to deliver critical business analytics to leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with external vendors on specialized projects, clearly defining requirements and managing deliverables effectively.
• Maintain system health and security, conducting regular audits, performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
• A passionate, creative individual eager to fully own Salesforce solutions.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce automation tools, especially advanced Flows, Dynamic Lightning Layouts, custom objects, page layouts, and integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve Salesforce issues.
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to translate business needs into innovative technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira or Asana.
• Salesforce certifications highly preferred.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking solutions such as Bullhorn, Talent Rover, or Exact Target is a strong plus.
• Prior experience in staffing or recruiting environments advantageous.

Work Arrangement:

This is a hybrid role based in Oak Brook, IL. Applicants must be local and available to commute on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. (Please note we cannot support remote or relocation applications.)
