Optomi, in partnership with a rapidly growing organization in the financial technology space, is seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer for a hybrid opportunity based in Austin, TX! This role supports a multi-year Salesforce transformation initiative, helping unify multiple business units into a modern, scalable Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), strong integration skills, and a passion for building robust CRM solutions. Responsibilities of the right candidate:

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Work closely with the Salesforce Architect to define and implement scalable technical solutions
• Support the evaluation and rollout of Financial Services Cloud
• Contribute to integration efforts using APIs and third-party platforms (e.g., Mulesoft)
• Participate in DevOps and CI/CD process improvements (Copado, Gearset, etc.)
• Help assess and refactor legacy Salesforce components and technical debt
• Define user journeys and support cross-functional collaboration on Salesforce enhancements

Experience of the right candidate:

• 4+ years of professional Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on skills with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configuration
• Experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Pardot
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps practices
• Experience with API-based integrations or middleware tools like Mulesoft
• Preferred: Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud or prior experience in financial/banking environments
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or II) are a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid environment
