Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the planning and development of transportation projects, including the preparation of feasibility studies, cost estimates, and project schedules.
2. Develop and administer transportation plans and policies, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
3. Conduct comprehensive analysis of transportation data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and the public, to gather input and build support for transportation plans and projects.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transportation plans and projects, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
6. Stay abreast of developments in transportation planning and policy, incorporating best practices into our work.
7. Present reports and findings to senior management, elected officials, and the public, as required.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in transportation planning, including experience in project management and policy development.
3. Thorough understanding of transportation planning principles and practices, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
4. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable plans.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
6. Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
7. Proficiency in using transportation planning software and other relevant tools.
