Senior UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and polished visuals.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to craft cohesive and engaging interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design improvements.
• Lead design reviews, communicate design rationale, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Take projects from concept to delivery, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintain consistency across products while introducing innovative ideas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong online portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Suite, and prototyping software.
• Experience working closely with engineers to implement designs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to justify design decisions.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Start-up experience preferred, with adaptability in agile environments.
