Job Description

LHH is working with a company in the construction industry that has been in the Texas area for decades. They are looking for a Dispatcher to work in either their team in Temple, TX. The ideal candidate will be a dispatcher with roll-off dumpster experience, someone familiar with DOT regulations and someone who has worked iwht routing systems. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure excellent communication within the region
• Direct oversight of service technicians, pick up & delivery drivers, yard personnel, and shop personnel
• Monitor service levels and deliveries to ensure optimal efficiencies
• Administer fleet DOT administration, including logbooks & record maintenance
• Coordinate asset transfers with Operations Managers at other branches

Qualifications

• Experience as a dispatcher
• Experience with roll-off dumpters
• Experience working with Routing Systems
• Familiar with DOT regulations
• Bilingual is a plus
• CDL in a plus
• Being from the rental industry is a plus
• Someone who is a quick learner, can think on their feet, and responds quickly
