Ultimate Staffing is seeking (2) Service Specialist/ CSR this is a hybrid role ins San Bernadino.

The Service Specialist provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring timely and accurate data entry in Ultra-Staff and maintaining compliance documentation. This role requires strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as regular interaction with team members and clients via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service
• Enter and manage data in Ultra-Staff
• Maintain compliance records
• Handle sensitive internal information
• Support clients and team members via multiple channels
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally

Experience:

• 3+ years transportation experience (preferred)
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with diverse teams
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
