Qualifications We presently have an employment opportunity for a Shop Cleaner in one of our operations. In this new role,
the Shop Cleaner maintains the shop safe and clean by using different cleaning materials and properly disposing of all environmental waste as required by state and federal regulations.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities? - Cleans the shop floor by using a broom and dust pan to pick up loose dirt and debris.
- Uses a mop to scrub and clean the shop floor of oil, grease, water and various fluids.
- Disposes of environmental waste.
- Throws out garbage as needed.
- Picks up tires and places them in the tire area.
- Cleans all hallways, ramps and walkways.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Position Requirements: - Ability to work in hot and humid conditions.
- Ability to operate a floor scrubber.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
