As a Software Engineer Principal within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Dalla, TX, Birmingham, AL, Cleveland, OH, or Pittsburgh, PA. The position is primarily based in a PNC location.

PNC Wealth Management seeks a Software Developer Principal. Core responsibilities include:

•\tAlign business strategy with software solutions.
•\tPropose and design complex software solutions and processes addressing complex Investments business needs.
•\tDesign, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using ETL and big data technologies.
•\tDesign, develop and maintain mainframe CA7 job schedules to support new and existing processes.
•\tCreate complex SQL and PL/SQL queries using TOAD, SQL developer, Teradata Studio, Hive to perform Data Mining/Data Analysis.
•\tOversee technical and procedural documentation.
•\tLead complex problem solving.
•\tCollaborate with business analysts, data Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
•\tDevelop and optimize data warehousing solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
•\tProvide technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development.
•\tDisplay an innovative approach to apply modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
•\tPartner with business stakeholders and product owners to prioritize technology deliverables.
•\tPerform code reviews and suggest potential improvements and formulate best practices.
•\tEnsure quality of project deliverables while maintaining compliance with relevant standards and processes.
•\tImplement data modeling techniques to support analytics and reporting needs.
•\tEnsure data quality, governance, and compliance across all data processes.
•\tCreate technical design and application architecture diagrams.
•\tEstablish data and system integrations between internal and external partners.
•\tEstablish and manage various OBIEE reports for business sales performance and key metrics.
•\tDesign, document and test APIs using tools such as Swagger editor, PostMan and SOAPUI.
•\tBuild integrations between internal and external applications using both REST & SOAP based APIs.
•\tSupport Single-Sign On (SSO) technology for internal and external vendor applications using SAML.
•\tIntegrate and automate business processes using CRM tools such as Salesforce and Oracle Siebel.
•\tAlign to business and IT priorities by effectively leveraging waterfall, iterative and Agile methodologies, while coaching and mentoring team members.
•\tCoordinate Disaster Recovery events with enterprise support teams.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $65,000.00 – $165,600.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
