We’re growing — and we’re looking for a motivated, compassionate, and highly organized Practice Manager to join our Allied Veterinary Specialists family at our brand-new Orange Park location!

As Practice Manager, you’ll be the heart of our hospital operations — leading by example, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring our hospital runs smoothly every day.

What You’ll Do

· Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring an efficient, supportive, and client-focused environment.

· Lead, inspire, and support our veterinary team — promoting collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

· Partner with doctors and leadership to achieve hospital goals while maintaining the highest medical and client service standards.

· Manage scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and other operational tasks to keep the hospital running seamlessly.

· Handle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and performance feedback.

· Foster strong client relationships and uphold our AVS core values in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

· Previous veterinary leadership or practice management experience preferred.

· Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team building.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Passion for delivering excellent patient care and client service.

· Experience with veterinary software, budgeting, and HR best practices is a plus.
