Job Description

This opportunity seeks a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide services for students in grades K-8. The position is a contract role for the upcoming school year (NSY) within a remote school district located in Santa Ana, CA.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP certification with CCC credential
• Appropriate California Teaching Credential (CTC)
• Completion of Live Scan background check
• Experience working with K-8 student populations preferred
• Ability to deliver services in both remote and on-site settings as needed

Location and Setting:

• Santa Ana, CA within a remote school district
• Assigned schools may vary, with caseloads ranging from kindergarten through eighth grade
• Potential on-site assignments, depending on availability

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Adapt delivery methods for remote and in-person environments
• Participate in meetings and contribute to student support services
