Overview SurePayroll (Paychex) is seeking a Senior Manager – Salesforce Software Engineering to lead a talented team of developers and engineers in building scalable, reliable Salesforce solutions that support our payroll products and business operations. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a high-performing Salesforce engineering team Architect and implement solutions using Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning Components Align Salesforce development with business strategies across sales, service, and marketing Manage projects in agile environments, ensuring timely delivery and quality Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency Oversee integrations with third-party platforms like Zuora Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred) 5+ years of engineering management experience Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices Experience with agile methodologies and project management Salesforce certifications highly preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Live the Paychex Values Act with uncompromising integrity.
