Job Description

We are seeking a well-organized Staff Accountant with attention to detail and a positive attitude to join our client's growing team!

This position requires excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills with ability to multi-task and work independently.

Duties include Cost Accounting, Accounts Payable, Reporting, General Ledger Accounting.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Operational Vendors.
• Track all operational invoices.
• Process all AP Invoices in respective discipline weekly.
• Process Cost Accounting.
• Maintain CBMA reconciliation.
• Perform monthly closing actions.
• Federal reporting for monthly, quarterly, and yearly submissions.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Pro fi cient in Microsoft O ffi ce Suite, Accounting software programs, Dynamic 365 preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attentions to detail.
• MS Word, Excel, Outlook and overall general computer skills are required.

Education and Experience:

• Associates degree or higher in accounting required, BS degree preferred.
• 2 years of related experience required.
