Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the stepdown unit, monitoring vital signs and responding to changing conditions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure patient safety and promote optimal outcomes.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance.
• Utilize required clinical skills and certifications in compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with stepdown nursing experience.
• Current certifications as required by the state and facility, including ACLS and any other relevant credentials.
• Ability to adhere to New Mexico licensing and fingerprinting requirements.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to work a contract assignment in Anthony, NM, with flexibility for orientation and onboarding activities.

• Orientation occurs weekly on Mondays.
• Assignment requires candidates to be located 60 miles or more away to qualify as travel.
