Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and passionate tutors and teachers to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in students' lives by providing virtual group instruction in Math and English Language Arts (ELA) to K-12 students across a variety of schools.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide engaging and interactive group tutoring sessions focused on Math and ELA for students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12.
Foster a supportive and positive learning environment that encourages student participation.
Adapt lesson plans to fit the needs of the group, responding to students' questions and interests.
Offer personalized support to students with varying learning needs, including those requiring special education accommodations.

About the Role:
This is a fully remote, contract-based position, with tutoring sessions scheduled between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Tutors are responsible for setting their own schedules and selecting the tutoring opportunities that best fit their availability.
You'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, using your personal computer.

Ideal Candidate:
Previous tutoring or teaching experience is highly preferred.
Experience working with special education students, accommodations, and students with learning disabilities is a significant advantage.
A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
Ability to create a fun, interactive, and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation.
Willingness to undergo a background check if necessary.
