The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 3:00 pm - 1:00 am with the potential for Saturdays and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, equipment and use tools when necessary
• Communicate production needs with team members
• Ensure Operators have all materials needed to do their job
• Assist Operators with machine issues
• Train, adhere to and enforce all safety rules and company policies
• Assist with coaching employees

Qualifications, Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED and manufacturing experience required
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Prior manufacturing lead experience strongly preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook email preferred
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written)
• Experience driving a sit down forklift and 24 foot box truck preferred
• Must be able to work Saturdays and holidays
