Title Attorney - Energy & Natural Resources Focus-PITTSBURGH

What We're Looking For

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license (West Virginia Bar admission is a major plus!)
• 2+ years of experience examining titles, drafting title opinions, and performing curative work
• Previous work in energy and natural resources law preferred
• Eagerness to take on additional responsibilities, including drafting and editing deeds, leases, assignments, agreements, and other real estate-related contracts
  
  

Your Key Responsibilities

• Examine and analyze complex title documentation with precision
• Draft clear, concise, and reliable title opinions
• Identify, resolve, and cure title defects efficiently
• Assist in drafting and reviewing real estate agreements and contracts
• Maintain the highest standards of client and Firm confidentiality
