Swoon is hiring for our Banking Client in Billings, MT and will be a fully onsite position.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity with Benefits - Health, Dental & Vision (50% of premium is covered for contractor).

Job Summary

This role involves data analysis, process improvements, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational performance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting business initiatives and ensuring efficient workflow execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute title release processes following established SOP guidelines.
• Analyze operational data and generate reports to support business performance.
• Collaborate with management to interpret and improve workflows.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to department-wide enhancements.
• Lead and participate in site-impacting projects, including customer onboarding and process changes.
• Foster productive relationships within the organization and across business functions.
• Work proactively with internal teams, shared service centers, and external customers to ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment of activities.
• Provide guidance and training to team members while escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, escalating concerns as needed.
