Job Description

QuaverEd is a rapidly growing education technology company located on Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee. We serve thousands of schools across the nation and around the world, specializing in online educational software for Music, Health and PE, Pre-K, and SEL.

The role of the Training Coordinator would primarily be responsible for training scheduling and logistics. The Coordinator will maintain the training request form and handle logistics for individual training and professional learning events.

Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within training or HR.
  • Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple timelines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or similar productivity tools.
  • Experience working in a K-12 Public School setting is a plus.

Job Duties :

  • Effectively collaborate with colleagues to schedule all product trainings, paid workshops, and sales demonstrations.
  • Coordinate communication between all involved parties for every individual event which includes communicating with the district/school point of contact, sales director, trainer, and any other Quaver staff who might be in attendance. 
  • Communicate with teachers who have questions about professional development certificates and professional learning events.
  • Maintain the Training email inbox by answering emails and organizing communication.
  • Creating and updating the Master Training Google Calendar for training and professional learning events. 
  • Building and maintaining Asana task projects for each event.
  • Maintaining training data for every session in Asana, Google Sheets and QForce.
  • Creating Zoom/Google Meet links for virtual sessions. 
  • Providing technical support when needed for individual sessions. 
  • Create QForce Events, Generate Links, and add Trainings into Training Bank.
  • Continue to evaluate the scheduling process by working with the Training Manager on communication, Asana templates, and overall process updates. 
  • Additional tasks may be assigned as needed

This role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus and allowing 2 days remote. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies.
