Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Remote Travel Agent to join our team! This work-from-home position allows you to help others plan their dream vacations while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere. As an Independent Certified Travel Specialist , you will research travel options, create customized itineraries, and assist clients in booking accommodations, tours, cruises, and more.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Research and recommend travel options including accommodations, tours, cruises, and other travel experiences.
  • Generate quotes, create personalized itineraries, and manage bookings.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry trends, travel deals, and new destinations.
  • Attend team meetings and webinars to continue learning and enhance your expertise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning and booking process.
  • Work independently, while seeking guidance as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.


Requirements

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • U.S. citizenship or authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Reliable internet access and a computer or smart device.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Working Hours : This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to set your own hours and balance work with personal commitments.

Education and Experience :

  • No formal degree required; full training and certification will be provided.
  • Prior experience in travel planning or customer service is a plus but not required.
