Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and current California certifications for a weekend day shift assignment.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in a CT scan department in a hospital setting
• Primarily responsible for both routine and specialized CT procedures
• Day shift schedule Friday 11:30 AM–10:00 PM and Saturday/Sunday 9:00 AM–7:30 PM, totaling three 10-hour shifts
• No call requirements
• Patient care includes direct imaging and monitoring during procedures
• Epic charting experience is preferred
• Perform high-quality CT scans with appropriate patient assessment and communication
• Adhere to all safety, privacy, and regulatory standards while delivering patient care
• May provide orientation or guidance to new staff
• Orientation includes completion of mandatory e-learning modules during onboarding
• Return staff must have a 1-year gap before being eligible to return as a traveler
• Only one holiday request-off will be approved during the assignment
• Position requires a minimum 50-mile distance from the facility unless applying as a local candidate
• Locals are accepted at a local rate
• Must disclose any background issues prior to consideration
• Scrub or dress code details are not specified

• Current California CRT licensure and CA Venipuncture certification required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CT technologist experience
• Must possess valid and in-hand certifications at time of consideration
• License required if applicable
• Must be available to complete lab work within 3-5 days of signing
