• Shift: PM • Weekend Hours: rotating • Call Requirements: none • Required Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS, NIH • Years of Experience: 6+ • Float Requirements: based on need • Number of Beds: 8 • Patient Ratios: 2:1 • Equipment: CRRT, Vents, HD monitoring, Aquadex, Transvenous Pacing, TOF/BIS monitoring • EHR: Cerner • Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: variety, no peds • Must Have Skills/Experience: Preceptor, charge, CRRT, Transvenous pacing • Preferred Skillset/Experience: post cardiac cath care • Common Diagnosis/Treatment: ARF and complex sepsis • Personality Fit: Assertive but able to work in a team setting.
