Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with a focus on orthopedic procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong scrub and circulating skills and have experience with various surgical specialties including orthopedics, urology, oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, general surgery, ENT, dental, plastics, neurology, cardiovascular, and trauma.

Responsibilities

• Circulate and scrub in orthopedic surgeries and a variety of other surgical procedures.


• Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room setting.


• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal outcomes.


• Participate in the maintenance of a sterile environment and adherence to safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the operating room, specifically in a large trauma level 1 facility.


• Prior travel experience is required.


• EPIC experience within the past 2 years is mandatory.


• BLS certification is required.


• Must be able to provide skills checklists for circulating and scrubbing.


• Experience in multiple surgical specialties is strongly preferred.
