We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Masonry Worker for a high-rise project in downtown Birmingham . This is a full-time, day shift position with several months of work and the opportunity for permanent, direct-hire employment. This role requires comfort working at heights on scaffolding or swing lifts, supporting a dynamic construction team across multiple project locations.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and work on scaffolding or swing lifts up to 20 floors high.
• Assist with masonry-related tasks and support skilled trades as needed.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials on site.
• Follow project plans, safety protocols, and company procedures.
• Maintain organized and clean work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding conditions.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions accurately.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in construction or scaffolding work preferred.
• Masonry skills a plus but not required.
• Must pass stringent background check and 10-panel drug test at LabCorp.
