Job Description

We’re hiring a Vice President of Sales & Business Development to take the reins of growth at an emerging and fast-moving warehouse/ distribution 3PL company.

This is a newly created leadership role built for someone who knows how to drive revenue, close complex deals, and scale a sales function from the ground up. You'll be setting strategy, building relationships, and making high-impact decisions alongside the CEO, CFO, and Ops leadership.

What You Will Do :

• Own and execute the sales strategy to hit aggressive growth targets
• Define and refine ICPs (ideal customer profiles) across key segments—FTL, LTL, warehousing, e-comm
• Lead, mentor, and grow a top-performing sales team
• Drive new revenue by sourcing and closing net new shippers, manufacturers, and distribution clients
• Manage a healthy pipeline using CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Pursue RFPs, spot quotes, and long-term contracts that move the needle
• Be the face of the company at trade shows and industry events

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years in sales leadership roles within 3PL companies that are specialized in fulfillment and pick & pack
• A proven book of business and trusted relationships in the market
• Experience building and leading sales teams that deliver results
• Mastery of CRM tools and sales funnel best practices
• Strong understanding of market segmentation and customer needs across distribution
• Entrepreneurial mindset—ready to roll up your sleeves and build
