Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries.
Travel Booking and Planning:
Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with other team members.
Data Entry and Management:
Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases.
Assistant:
Provide support to senior consultants and other team members as needed.
Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks.
