We are looking for a virtual medical receptionist that is friendly, loves working with people, and can multitask and work in a fast paced environment. We are a growing ENT surgery medical office and looking for an experienced medical receptionist that can grow with us for the long term. We strive to provide quality care to our patients by taking care of our office staff. Our work culture is friendly and casual, but with a mindset for excellence in everything that we do.

Experience : Medical Office 1 year experience preferred but not required, willing to train; excellent computer and phone skills

Languages : Must be professionally fluent in Korean and English, fluency in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Responsible for incoming/outgoing calls with patients, appointment booking and confirmations, rescheduling, insurance verifications, general questions, and more.
• Checking patient insurance eligibility and authorizations
• Handle other administrative tasks within the operations of the medical office.
• Assistance with some billing and claims tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a medical office setting, demonstrating strong organizational and clerical skills.
• Proficient in medical administrative support, including patient service and managing medical records.
• Familiarity with EHR systems, as well as HIPAA regulations.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities, ensuring a positive patient experience.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $59,000-$72,000. Compensation is based on experience, education, skills, and business considerations.
