What Were Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in a wide-format print shop preferred (we will train the right candidate)
• Interest in hands?on production work with vinyl and printed graphics
• Strong attention to detail and quality?first mindset
• Ability to follow production schedules and standard operating procedures
• Reliable, positive work ethic with problem?solving ability
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/production setting

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate wide?format printers, plotters, and laminators
• Weed, mask, and prep vinyl graphics for production
• Mount printed and cut vinyl to a variety of substrates
• Assist with trimming, finishing, and quality control of printed materials
• Package and prepare graphics for shipping and national installations
• Remove existing vinyl when required
• Track, organize, and assist with inventory related to print materials and graphics
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace
• Support the production team in meeting deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications

• OSHA certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior print production experience is a plus but not required

Compensation

$18$22 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Schedule

• MondayThursday: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM 3:00 PM Schedule may vary based on production and installation demands.
