As our Web Marketing Manager , you won't just manage a website; you'll own the end-to-end strategy, optimization, and performance of Saviynt.com and our microsites. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position where you'll bridge creative vision, technical execution, and analytical mastery to transform our website into a high-performing demand engine

Your Impact: Key Areas of Command
  • Website Vision & Execution: Take full day-to-day ownership of Saviynt.com, ensuring world-class brand consistency, usability, and technical health —from managing uptime and accessibility to maintaining the site roadmap and coordinating with external agencies. You'll be the one aligning the web strategy with our global campaigns and major product launches.
  • Conversion Optimization Master: Define and track the key website KPIs —traffic, engagement, and conversion rates—and use that data to fuel growth. You'll actively develop and execute A/B tests and personalization initiatives, using tools like Hotjar or Crazy Egg to analyze user behavior and drastically improve conversion paths. You'll also ensure impeccable tracking, tagging, and attribution in our MarTech stack (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • SEO & Discoverability Champion: Lead the charge on our SEO strategy . You'll collaborate with content and product marketing to optimize pages for organic search visibility and get technical by configuring robots.txt, LLM.txt, and schema markup to boost performance across both traditional and AI-powered search platforms .
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: Work hand-in-hand with demand gen, content, creative, and product marketing teams to launch high-impact landing pages and coordinate mission-critical site updates for major events like UNLOCK, RSAC, and Fal.Con
Who You Are

You are a proactive, data-driven leader with a passion for digital marketing best practices and a proven track record in B2B web management.

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Have Qualifications):

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B web management, ideally in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Hands-on experience with modern CMS platforms (HubSpot CMS required).
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS. Provide direct support for front-end development, troubleshooting, and rapid prototyping.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and web best practices.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills; able to manage multiple priorities across teams and time zones.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and proactively manage website updates, leveraging an understanding of marketing best practices and organizational priorities to make informed recommendations and implement strategic improvements.
