Hours: 24
This position shares in the responsibility of processing invoices and payments for goods and services purchased by the Hospital and its subsidiaries.
Shift: Works on a hybrid schedule, primarily remote, with on-site days as needed.
Monday, Tuesday and Friday - 24 hours per week
No weekends or holidays
Education: High School diploma or GED is required
Experience and Skills required: 1-2 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong math skills and 10-key adding machine.
Familiarity with OCR tools a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience and Skills: 3+ years experience - accounts payable clerk
