Actively engage in residents’ activities through personally leading activities and encouraging resident participation in all activities, excursions, and events. Recruit, develop, manage and schedule Activity Assistants, Drivers, and Community Volunteers. Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards. Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments. Able to drive Community vehicles. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Requires current Class C license, with preference for Class B or Class C with Passenger Endorsement. A minimum of one (1) year experience in providing planned activities and knowledge in evaluating residents’ needs. Prefer one (1) year of experience supervising and managing employees and volunteers. Flexibility in work schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts when necessary. Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.). Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests. Health and safety measures may include vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of PPE as required by regulatory guidelines.
