The Role We are seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager for our Ashland, MA location, to lead both business applications and IT infrastructure initiatives. This role blends strategy and execution-translating business needs into scalable technology solutions while driving cross-functional teams to deliver results for example; project on-time delivery and within budget parameters. You'll manage a wide range of initiatives including ERP upgrades, SaaS integrations, network modernization, and cloud migrations. Success requires a balance of analytical thinking, strong project management, and the ability to lead with clarity and urgency in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities . Project Management Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects-scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources.Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and MSPs to achieve project outcomes.Manage risks, dependencies, and changes proactively.Provide clear communication on project progress, milestones, and results.Facilitate sprint planning, "stand-ups
